There are 5 private rooms available - first come, first served. We will contact you about individual room selection. You may choose to pay in full at the time of registration or pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at registration. If a deposit is selected, the remaining 50% balance will be invoiced and is due 30 days prior to the event date.
