KATHLEEN HOLLAND
I believe in Possibility at any age.

In my early 20s, I had to make an extremely difficult decision, one that threatened my mother and pitted me against the church. My father rescued me with these words; "do what you believe in your heart is the right thing to do." In those words, he gave me permission to ignore the “rules” and other’s expectations, make my own life choices and trust all else would fall into place, and it did. I feel so blessed to have worked on 6 continents in over 40 countries with women entrepreneurs who were doing their part to have a positive impact in the world. At 50 I joined ten other women to climb Kilimanjaro in support of women’s leadership in Kenya and today I have started a new business and am creating a retreat space in New Brunswick, Canada to support women as they explore new Possibility.

I am a passionate champion of women stepping into Possibility sourced from the heart. We are in a great time of change on our planet, and I believe the greatest gift we can give to ourselves and to the world is fully stepping into our purpose, our most authentic self, and our joy, no matter what age. Most of us were not raised to follow our calling, our deeper purpose so this is a process of discovery, I am grateful to be on this path myself and supporting others on theirs.
Kathleen has created a support system for women, a judgment-free safe space to be your authentic self, a place to share stories and wisdom, and a place to learn and grow. I am truly learning the meaning of Possibility and am leaning into my possibility with a newfound energy as a result of being part of the AoP community. Kathleen exudes Possibility and encourages and inspires you to do so as well.
Kathleen fully embodies ‘possibility’. Her heart-centered way of showing up and championing other women is reflected in the following lines from her poem, The Age of Possibility, “We are not afraid, we are becoming fearless. We are not slowing down, we are gearing up to fully embrace this life”. I am always inspired when working with Kathleen, she has created a unique and loving space for women to come together in community to grow and share about life and possibility. She is a true friend and kindred spirit.
