MEET  YOUR PRACTITIONER

KATHY O'NEILL

Change has become the most consistent feature in Kathy’s life. Although the idea of change makes most people anxious, she has become adept at mastering and manifesting change. She looks at change with curiosity and views it as an opportunity to embrace life’s possibilities.

Kathy has made many big pivots in her lifetime. She has two degrees, including a master's in public health from Yale, has worked and traveled extensively throughout Latin America and Europe and has lived in the heart of several major metropolitan cities, along with a sleepy Atlantic island, and a southern tobacco farm. She has professionally reinvented herself three times, discovering new passions and skills at each juncture.

After training and becoming certified as a professional life coach, Kathy launched her final career, helping other women transition through significant life changes. Whether the change you desire is starting a new venture, shifting your career ambitions, transitioning into retirement, dealing with becoming an empty nester, taking care of aging parents, moving across the country, transforming your relationships, or just finding the focus that makes you happy, she’s here to help.

PAST
WORKSHOP SERIES

This workshop is an introduction to a way of living that invites us out of our head, and into connection with the ease and Flow of wisdom, creativity, and inspiration. Understanding how peak Flow states are facilitated by syncing the brain with the heart reveals how we can access it without being a pro-athlete. By simulating the conditions that foster peak Flow experiences, we will practice the steps to open to Flow, sense it, direct it and recognize what blocks it. This workshop series will conclude with a group coaching session.

If you cannot attend live, recordings of each session will be available to you with your registration.

JEANNETTE MARSH, Ph.D.

Jeannette is a mystic, a visionary, and a scientist. Her love of learning, teaching, language, and analysis drew her to her 25-year dream career as a linguistics professor, public speaker, and scholar. But as more traditional institutions and structures began to show their failings and the need for new ways of thinking, she realized that the purpose she had been training for all her life was to guide and support those drawn to create new possibilities for themselves and the planet.

Jeannette’s deepest passion is to understand how we are interconnected in the grand ecosystem of the universe and what this means for our greatest potential. She now empowers individuals and teams to see beyond old ways of creating by tapping into their connection to universal creativity, wisdom, and love. Jeannette serves as a heart-centered facilitator for the systems change team of the global Handmade Futures Initiative and has been a member of AoP’s guiding team since its inception.
