ACTIVITIES
AGENDA
This retreat focuses on connecting with your inner wisdom through the study of intuition, mindfulness, and the elements (Earth, Fire, Water, Air).
Through the retreat, participants will engage in practices that invite them to deepen their relationship with their own intuitive knowledge, explore the symbolic nature of the elements and learn how to integrate these into their daily lives.
Wednesday
Orientation and Intention-Setting: Welcoming gathering, setting up expectations for the retreat, in person introductions, getting settled in.
Thursday
Grounding in The Present Moment (Earth Element) Theme: Rooting into your Body and Intuition The Earth element represents stability, grounding and connection to the physical body. On this day, participants will explore how to access their inner wisdom by getting grounded and reconnecting with the earth, both literally and symbolically.
Friday
Part 1: Flowing with the Intuition (Water Element) Theme: Embodying Fluidity and Trusting Your Inner Voice Water is the element of emotion, intuition, and flow. On this day, participants will explore how to trust the fluidity of intuition, learning to let go of rigid structures and flow with the wisdom that arises naturally. Part 2: Igniting the Inner Flame (Fire Element) Theme: Activating Passion and Intuitive Action The Fire element represents transformation, creativity, and the spark of inspiration. On this day, participants will explore the power of intuitive action and how to ignite their inner wisdom through passion and purpose.
Saturday
Soaring with Clarity (Air Element) Theme: Mental Clarity through Intuitive Expansion and perspective Air represents intellect, clarity, and insight. A clear and uncluttered mind is essential for unlocking intuitive wisdom. On this day, participants will explore how to create space for their inner knowing, providing greater clarity and direction on their next steps.
Sunday
Wrapping Up: Day of departure and farewells. Leaving with the value of insights, intuition and new connections.

Includes 3 daily meals for on-site retreat participants beginning with dinner on Wednesday, and ending with breakfast on Sunday.
We strive to source our meals from local farmers, fishermen and our own greenhouse. Our seafood is best-in-class in the world.

I explore what holistic health programs can mean for women by drawing from both Western and Eastern traditions, and working in collaborative medical teams. My goal is to inspire, support, and encourage you to become the true guru (guide) of your own practice.

I am a veteran of stepping into new Possibility. From Corporate Executive to Global Social Entrepreneur to Coach/Mentor, working on six continents, living on both coasts of Canada and climbing Kilimanjaro at the age of 50. The common denominator has been following my heart, trusting my inner wisdom to guide me into the next stage of my life and having the courage to take the leap. Nothing gives me greater joy than inspiring, connecting and supporting women to do the same. That is why I founded Age of Possibility.

Restore your body and mind with restorative yoga and yoga nidra sessions, designed to foster deep relaxation, balance, and intuitive clarity.
Meditation, Journaling, and Ceremonies
Practice meditation, reflective journaling,
and participate in ceremonial rituals to deepen your connection to your inner wisdom and

Introduction to Breathwork
